At Vasia Hotels & Resorts, quality is not a goal — it’s a standard we continuously invest in.
We are proud to announce the launch of the Vasia Academy, a dedicated learning and development initiative designed to educate, train, and empower our people. Through the Academy, Vasia’s in-house professionals, together with selected external guest professionals, will share their knowledge and expertise, aligned with Marriott operational procedures and standards, to ensure consistent quality, service excellence, and long-term staff development across our hotels.

In addition, a limited number of places will be made available to external participants who wish to gain insight into how Vasia Hotels & Resorts operates; external seminars will cover all core hotel areas, including Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, Front Office, Operations, and Leadership, offering a comprehensive view of hotel management and service delivery.
