On the occasion of World Tourism Day on the 27th of September, the Vasia Hotels & Resorts Hospitality Group organized a retrospective presentation of the work of the so-called “Painter of Crete” Roussetos Panagiotakis with representative works of his evolutionary course (1996 – 2023) under the auspices of the Region of Crete.

The exhibition hosts 28 works, many of which are presented to the public for the first time, where the viewer is invited to approach the artist’s quests and concerns, the eternal symbols he projects as well as his new proposals in art.

Opening Event

The opening of the exhibition took place on Tuesday the 3rd of October and was attended by representatives of the business world, professionals of the tourism sector, various institutions, artists and friends. The evening had a strong aroma of Crete, the guests enjoyed local tastes prepared by the Group’s Chef Consultant George Stylianoudakis in combination with Cretan wine varieties selected by Nikos Douloufakis (Douloufakis Winery).
