Sup Lessons – Beginners Mini Course

In this 3 hours long mini course you will learn everything you need to SUP safely with the correct technique and have absolute fun.

When you successfully complete the course you will receive a VDWS international Safety Card.

What you will need

Min. age requirement is 15 years old. Parent or guarding required?
no surfing knowledge required
Good health condition is required for the participation in the course. Each participant will be asked to fill in a medical questionnaire.
